Working principle:：
- The controller detects the barrel to be labelled on the conveyor belt through the barrel position detection sensor, and then extends the bottle cylinder and blocking cylinder.
- At the same time, lift up the barrel cylinder (expansion), start the bottle (barrel) motor, rotate the barrel, when the barrel is detected on the set mark, start the label feeding stepping motor, quickly send out the label, with the roll label motor action.
- When the label gap is detected by the label position detection sensor, stop the stepping motor to send the label action, and at the same time, reset the bottle jamming cylinder, lifting cylinder, and blocking cylinder to output the barrel, and the controller counts the labels that have been applied.
- At the same time refresh the display screen, judge each setting value, timely issue prompt alarm, effective control of the normal operation of the equipment. Again detected with the same cycle.
