Round bottle sticker labeling machine working principle:

Sorting bottles — Separating bottles — Bottle detection — Cylinder positioning — Labelling and over-labelling — Label detection — Cylinder reset — Bottle releasing — Labelled products are sent out.

The round bottle enters into the bottle management mechanism from the left side;
Then it enters the conveyor belt from the left side;
The bottle splitting mechanism slows down the conveying speed of the workpieces, so that the workpieces are separated by a distance to ensure time for the subsequent labelling;
The workpiece enters into the detection area, after detecting the workpiece, the positioning cylinder extends the time delay to press the workpiece;
After positioning the workpiece, after a set period of time, the traction motor rotates to send out the label, and at the same time rotates to cover the label;
After the label is attached, the positioning cylinder returns, and the workpiece leaves the labelling position with the conveyor belt;
